These terms describe how workshop inquiries, estimates, and service approvals are handled.

Estimates and quotes

Website prices are non-binding ranges. Final quotes are issued after inspection, diagnostics, and scope confirmation.

Service approvals

Work begins only after customer approval. Additional findings discovered during service are communicated before further action.

Payments

Payment is due according to agreed terms on invoice. Accepted methods may include card, transfer, and legally compliant cash payments.

Liability

We provide services with professional care. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable Austrian law.
