We provide transparent ranges online. Final quote is confirmed after inspection.

2) How long does diagnostics usually take?

Most cases take 2-4 working hours, depending on complexity and access.

3) Can I approve work step-by-step?

Yes. We can separate urgent safety items from non-urgent recommendations.

4) Do you install customer-supplied parts?

Case-by-case. We review compatibility and discuss warranty implications before acceptance.

5) Do you handle warning lights without obvious symptoms?

Yes. We combine scan data with targeted checks to avoid unnecessary part replacement.

6) Can I drive with an engine light on?

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. If power drops, noise appears, or temperature rises, stop and call.

7) Are estimate ranges binding?

No. They are orientation only. Final quote follows confirmed diagnosis and part availability.

8) Do you provide written diagnostics results?

Yes, we provide a readable summary with priority levels and recommended next steps.

9) What payment methods do you accept?

Card, bank transfer, and cash (within legal limits) are accepted at completion.

10) Do you service fleet vehicles?

11) Can I wait on-site during service?
